Its a new week and time for a workout
This is a fairly easy at home workout to get your started on your fitness journey
You don't HAVE to do the exact same sets/reps/time that I do. It is only recommended!
You can also do more reps or sets to make the exercise harder!
Just a note as well
Reps= how many times you preform a specific exercise (ie: 10 push ups)
Sets= the number of cycles of reps that you complete ( ie: 3 sets)
So lets get started!!
WARM UP:
Slight squat side step
45 seconds
Fast squats
45 seconds
EXERCISES:
Raised lunges
* You can do normal lunges, or you can stick your foot on a coffee table like me or on your couch*
* If you have weights available you can hold those to make the exercise harder!*
3 sets X 15 reps (each side!)
Raised Pushup
*You can do this against a coffee table or couch*
*To make the exercise easier you can do it against the wall*
*To make the exercise harder you can do them on the floor*
3 sets X reps 10
Plank
*You can do longer time if needed!*
3 sets X 30 seconds
Tap Tap Over Tap Tap Over
*Refer to the youtube video below to know how to do this exercise!*
*Make sure to keep your core tight!*
3 sets X 12 Reps (each side!)
Tricep Dips
* You can do this on a coffee table, chair, or couch!*
* You can stick your legs out straight to make it a bit harder if needed*
* You can also stick weight on your lap if you need to make it hard*
3 sets X 15 reps
Airplanes
*Make sure to keep your core tight!*
3 sets X 10 seconds (each side)
COOL DOWN!
Stretch!
Don't forget to stretch! it is super important to do after your workout! it will help you so much!
